Postscript by Lynn Okamoto:

"Between the last Volume and this one, there were some changes, such as the serialization of Elfen Lied being changed back from monthly to weekly, and the broadcasting of the anime version started through terrestrial networks as well.

The Elfen Lied story has just one more volume to go and has almost come to an end. In this Volume 11, Kouta was just sleeping [behind the scenes] but the last volume will be a story between Lucy/Nyu and Kouta.

As to the serial publication of a manga, generally speaking, a manga writer usually cannot determine himself when it starts and when it finishes. This holds true especially for a newbie manga writer. This story is, however, going to finish in peace thanks to support from readers.

Looking forward to having you read the last one also."

See you then.

- Lynn Okamoto, August 24th, 2005 (the date of the first publication of Volume 11)
